Frequently asked questions
I can't sign in
headline.bet supports Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google, and email one-time codes. If your email code didn't arrive, check your spam folder and try again after a minute. If Apple or Google sign-in fails, make sure you're signed in to that provider on your device. Still stuck? Email us with the method you used and the address you signed up with.
How do I export my private key?
Open the app, go to Settings → Export private key, and follow the prompts. Your key gives full control of your on-chain wallet and any funds in it. Store it somewhere secure and never share it with anyone, including us.
My deposit hasn't arrived
Fiat deposits through MoonPay or Coinbase can take a few minutes once the provider confirms the payment on their side. Crypto (USDC on Polygon) deposits depend on network confirmations. If more than 30 minutes have passed, open the portfolio screen and pull to refresh. If the deposit still isn't visible, email us with your user ID (Settings shows your member number) and the transaction reference from the payment provider or block explorer.
Can I use headline.bet from my country?
Prediction market availability varies by jurisdiction. When you place a trade, orders are routed to Polymarket, which enforces its own regional restrictions on order placement. MoonPay and Coinbase perform their own identity verification for fiat deposits. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the app complies with local law where you live.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, referrals, and notifications. Your on-chain wallet and any USDC at that address live on the Polygon blockchain and are not deleted — export your private key first if you want ongoing access to those funds. I want to report a bug or security issue
Email support@cryptoforest.eu with steps to reproduce, the app version (shown at the bottom of Settings), and your device model and OS version. Security issues will be acknowledged within two business days.
